Victims debtor layoffs, Will Covered Insurance

 The government is currently designing an overarching regulatory housing insurance for consumers. One of the points are the insurance arrangements for regulated mortgage borrowers who are victims of layoffs.

As mentioned Deputy Ministry of Public Housing Housing Formal Pangihutan Marpaung, the insurance arrangements will be arranged in RPP Financing. "This provision is to protect consumers and banks," he said.

Although this rule will apply to the general public, there are some criteria specified. "Consumers are entitled to be selected according to criteria of the income limits and boundaries of dependents claimed at least two years," said Pangihutan.
This rule, along with two other designs, was brewing. Pangihutan admitted the process was 75 percent and will be published in January 2012.
